Frequently Asked Questions

What type of counselling do you offer?

My foundational approach is Person-Centred and simply put, this is a non-directive form of talking therapy based on the belief that people can learn, heal, adapt and realise their full potential when given the space to explore their thoughts, feelings, actions and experiences.

On occasion, I may introduce integrative processes (from other approaches), psychoeducation, signposting and creative resources to encourage emotional expression, healing, improve self-awareness for personal development and change.

As you are individually and wonderfully unique, so will your therapeutic experience!
